CECILIA PENNER

Vancouver Island Wedding Lady

Guiding you from What to do?  to I do!
Are you planning to get married? I can help with that!

Congratulations on deciding to marry!

As your wedding officiant, my job is two-fold:  to represent you in the celebration of your love, and to fulfill the legal requirements of the province.

If you’re conventional, unconventional, typical, atypical, quirky, neurodivergent, alternative, or however else you identify as individuals and as a couple, trust that you will be embraced and honoured.

The Vancouver Island wedding scene offers many choices of vendors in all categories of wedding professionals. If you need recommendations, I am happy to offer some direction. (I also have lots of opinions about wedding-related stuff – but only if you ask!)

This website is primarily a home for my blog where I vent and rant and act as my own therapist. However, you can also find photos, links to my social media and details about how to book my services for a wedding.
